The Origin Story
Enclave Education Group was founded on a simple premise: the most profound learning happens when curiosity is allowed to take the lead. As career educators—merging backgrounds in school administration, special education, curriculum design, and art history—we saw firsthand where standardized models often missed the spark that ignites true discovery. We saw brilliant students lose their agency in a sea of worksheets.
The real catalyst, however, was raising our own two sons - one who’s HiCap and one who has special needs. Prioritizing cultural immersion and traveling as a family taught us that education doesn't just happen within four walls. Whether navigating the ancient streets of Kyoto or exploring the rugged coastlines of Ireland, we saw how tactile, real-world experiences forged the deepest connections. We built Penpaly to capture that exact feeling of boundless, worldly discovery, wrap it in a rigorous educational framework, and put it into an envelope.

The Leadership of Enclave
Jeremy Parker Ryan, M.Ed., Ed.S. Founder & Principal
Jeremy is a licensed school administrator and high school principal with a background as a Special Education, History, and Social Studies teacher. Currently a doctoral candidate in Curriculum Design, his work focuses on the intersection of ethical technology and literacy. He founded Enclave Education to ensure that AI serves as a bridge to deeper human connection, rather than a shortcut.
Dasia Ryan, M.A. Creative Director
Dasia holds a Master’s degree in Art History and has extensive experience teaching the Humanities and visual culture at both the high school and collegiate levels. She curates the narrative and aesthetic direction of Penpaly, ensuring that every dispatch—from the Star-Chart Librarian to the Time-Lost Victorian—meets a high standard of academic beauty and storybook wonder.
We anchor our AI-assisted correspondence in physical artifacts—vintage maps, botanical sketches, and historical blueprints. This isn't just for aesthetics; it is an active intervention strategy.
